BMW wreck time lapsed painting

I always enjoyed looking at wrecked cars. The way metal bends under destructive forces seems like art to me. 🙂 So I found this wrecked car on a forum and then I decided to test my patience by painting every detail possible. Was also a proper way to test my newly purchased graphic tablet which was a Wacom Bamboo back then. If I was willing to do that thoroughly work, why not recording the whole process? It took me around 40 hours (real-time) but I can say I enjoyed every minute of doing it. Many asks me “why in the hell would you paint that instead of simply taking a picture”, my answer is simple: “because it’s fun and because I can!” 🙂
