I have always been fascinated by wrecked cars. 🙂 The way metal deforms under destructive forces has a unique beauty that feels almost sculptural.
I found a reference image of a damaged vehicle on a forum and decided to use it as a personal challenge: a study focused on patience, observation, and capturing every possible detail. It was also an opportunity to test my newly purchased Wacom Bamboo tablet.
Since I was already committed to such a detailed process, I decided to record the entire workflow as a time-lapse. The artwork took approximately 40 hours in real time, and I enjoyed every stage of exploring the details, textures, and imperfections of the damaged vehicle.
